The Kale will last until after our first frost and beyond.\u00a0 The lettuce is planted in the shade to keep it from bolting. We are enjoying all the fresh salads and\u00a0 stir fried green things. It won&#8217;t be long before we can add fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers to the mix.<\/p>\n<p>It is good to eat heirloom, organic, vegetables.
