Today,\u00a0 I am baking several batches of these to have over Thanksgiving and Christmas. I store them in the freezer.\u00a0 More healthy substitutions include honey (no sugar) to sweeten my pumpkin pies.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is very possible to have a happy and healthy food menu with a little planning.
