Gourmet lettuces, Red Russian Kale, Blue Curly Kale, Bright Lights Swiss chard, Garlic Chives, Italian Parsley, Thyme, Oregano, and Basil are chopped and heaped on a dinner plate.\u00a0 The green things are topped with several\u00a0 hard boiled eggs from my chickens and a home made dressings.
