After over twenty years on the farm, it finally happened.\u00a0 Our oldest and most experienced Great Pyrenees, Gracie, got skunked! It happened last night.\u00a0 All the dogs were going crazy. Gracie was the only one to go through the electric fence after the skunk.\u00a0 The rest of the pack stayed put. Of course Gracie won and saved the farm from the skunk.<\/p>\n
The morning after, the handyman is repairing the fence and Gracie has been banished to the\u00a0 pasture. She stinks.\u00a0 I don’t think that I will be petting her for awhile.\u00a0 The skunk was probably headed for the chicken house.\u00a0 Good dog! Good dog!
