This morning, my body is sore and stiff. My first step in yesterday&#8217;s adventure was wearing the proper exercise clothing&#8230;work boots, leather gloves, and a straw hat.\u00a0 Using the right equipment( a shovel, hoe, and rake) are necessary for successful exercise. I did a lot of stretching, bending, and crawling motions. There was also a significant amount of lifting.\u00a0 Today, I will repeat the same working out program. It is a good plan and will last all summer and into the fall.<\/p>\n<p>I do not go to the local gym for all this healthy exercise. I go out the back door to my garden.\u00a0 I get dirty and sweaty and do a lot of deep breathing. The food that is grown is the real deal. Non GMO seeds are in my garden. Heirloom seeds are in my garden. Organic methods are used to produce beautiful\u00a0 and healthy food for me and mine.<\/p>\n<p>In a week or two, the soreness will leave my body. My&#8221; too tight&#8221; jeans will fit again. I will sleep well at night and energy for the days will increase.\u00a0 This form of &#8220;working out&#8221; will not suit everybody, but it works for me.
