I like to get my hands in the dirt, but need to protect what is left of my fingernails. The gloves do this. The hats cover and shade my face, something I need to do. The skin cancer is gone and I try to be careful to wear a big hat in the sun. It is also beneficial to\u00a0 spray with my homemade tick repellant. Thus prepared, I am ready to go.
