I like to dry my herbs before they flower. At this time, Basil, Sage, Dill,\u00a0 Peppermint, Italian Parsley, and Cilantro are ready to be cut and dried.\u00a0 Some go right into the dehydrators and others will be collected in big bunches and hung from the kitchen ceiling. Fresh herbs make the house smell good, really good!
