I picked the hot peppers and Basil today. The Basil is spread out on the dehydrator and the peppers are hanging in clumps from the kitchen ceiling. The last big pick of tomatoes will be on Thursday. I have a friend coming over to help. Some of the tomatoes will be turned into spaghetti sauce and chile. I will put it into quart and gallon size baggies and freeze it.\u00a0 The potato dig continues, a good crop of Yukon Golds this year. The days are shorter now, and the harvest moon is huge.\u00a0 The garden will feed us in the winter months.
