(kill him first) Add salt, pepper, and Bay leaves.<br \/>\nCook him until he falls apart. ( about six hours). Meanwhile, saute onion, celery, garlic in a small amount of olive oil. Add some dried parsley. Take the meat off the bones of the old rooster. Mix together the chicken broth, the meat from the rooster,\u00a0 the vegetables, and seasonings.\u00a0 Simmer for two hours. Add some milk and and simmer for 30 minutes.\u00a0 Meanwhile, make some whole wheat bisquits.<\/p>\n<p>Break open the biscuits and pour the Rooster mix over them. Put an extra biscuit on the plate for sopping up the gravy.
