She built a wonderful nest out of straw and soft rabbit fur. The babies arrived last night.\u00a0 I do not know how many there are yet. We will not disturb her nest for a week or so. We raise Giant New Zealand rabbits and sell them through The Country Store in Howard Lake.<\/p>\n<p>They make great pets and wonderful fertilizer for the plants. I make\u00a0 &#8220;Bunny Poop Tea&#8221; in an old bucket. The poop goes in first and then is covered with water. I let it soak for several weeks, stirring occasionally.\u00a0 The plants in the main garden love it. I water with the &#8220;tea&#8221; every couple of weeks.<\/p>\n<p>I like my bunnies. They are soft and friendly and\u00a0 quiet. Everything else around here makes noise. The turkeys&#8221; gobble&#8221;, the ro0sters&#8221; crow&#8221;, the sheep &#8220;baaaa&#8221; and the dogs&#8221; bark&#8221;. The Geese &#8220;honk&#8221;, Ducks &#8220;quack&#8221;, and the cats &#8220;meow&#8221;.
