It is a time for a deep breath. The harvest is in. The garden is put to bed for the winter. The great Pyrenees puppies will not arrive until November. Resting now.

Ugh!

Pilgrim (the black miniature poodle) needs a serious bath! He decided to roll around in some chicken poop. I thought he had more sense than that. He will be scrubbed in the basement wash tub—twice!!

Vote The Bible

It Feels Like Fall

The leaves are turning, the wind is blowing, the kraut is krauting, the sauce is saucing and I love fall! The big orange pumpkins have been hauled in from the garden and tomorrow we pick grapes.  It feels good outside. Time to get out the sweat shirts and hoodies.
