Pyr Puppies

Bob took  pictures of the Great Pyrenees puppies this morning. They are six-weeks old and too cute. They can “woof” “wag” “pounce” and “bounce”. Food Shelf

This morning, I volunteered at the local food shelf.  What was good about today was that I got to give away Bibles and pray. One of the ladies I prayed for cried.  Another  lady wanted to hug me. People need more than a box of groceries.

Immune Booster

One of my favorite herbal teas that is said to boost the immune system contains Echinacea tops and roots, Nettles, and Peppermint. I don’t know about the immune claim, but I do know the tea is good. I add 1 teaspoon of honey to my tea, prop my feet up  and relax.  All good!
