Horseradish Sauce
Bob dug up some of our Bohemian Horseradish. I will make it into horseradish cream sauce. It is mixed with sour cream and half and half. This is really good on a lamb roast. Really good!

Herbs
My herb harvest begins today. The sage, oregano, thyme, tarragon, lemon verbena, and lavender, will be brought in and placed in the dehydrator. I will do the basil tomorrow.
