Canning the Kraut

I just sampled the Kraut in the huge, old, crock. Yummy! Tomorrow, will begin the canning process. Today, I wash jars, lots and lots of jars. This year, I will use both quart and pint jars. Let the games begin!!!

The Basil is beautiful this year.
