Yukon Gold Potatoes
Today, we planted our heirloom Yukon Gold potatoes. Bob digs the holes and I drop in the seed potatoes. We have been doing this every Spring for the past 20 years. I am grateful to the Lord of the Harvest.

Green Things and an Egg
Baby green things, (kale, mustard greens, Swiss chard, gourmet greens) grown under grow lights with an avocado and a chopped up hard boiled egg makes a great lunch. It works for me!

I Saw an Eagle
Yesterday, I saw a huge eagle. It was close to our place. It is special when I have an “eagle sighting day”. Chickens live in flocks and scratch around on the ground. Eagles soar high and fly alone. I love eagles.
