Picking and Grinning

Picking cabbages, wax beans, cucumbers, onions, Kale, lettuce, and lots of greens. Herbs are drying in big bunches from the kitchen ceiling.  The garden is a blessing. Life is good.

Dehydrating Herbs

Our screened  porch is my Dehydrating station.  Two American Harvester Dehydrators run around the clock. I like to dry my herbs before they flower. Elderberry Blossoms

Lovely Square-foot Boxes

Our square foot garden boxes are planted with flowers, herbs, and veggies. This year, the veggies include wax beans, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, and tomatoes.  I plant the flowers  to attract the honey bees. I plant the flowers because they are pretty and make me Happy! Happy! Happy!
