Hot Chilli and Corn Bread

Elderberry syrup

I am having fun now. Just finished making a quart jar of Elderberry syrup that is said to be good to treat flu and colds.  The Elderberry’s are from our own Elderberry bushes.  I hope we will not need it, but it always helps to be prepared.  Just saying!

Spiced Vinegar

My kitchen smells like Vinegar.  Today, I am making Spiced vinegars. Pumpkins Rock

There are pumpkin pies, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin pancakes, and now, pumpkin curry. Using a base of chicken broth and coconut milk, with spices of curry, cumin, coriander, and cloves, added to onions, garlic and ginger, with a dash of cayenne pepper, pumpkin curry can warm you down to your toes!

Chili
