Goodie

The oregano and  the thyme seeds have germinated. You have no idea how happy this makes me. It was seventeen below zero on the back porch this morning. The baby plants bring me HOPE that this frozen winter will eventually be overcome by Spring.

Basil

My Basil will be chopped and stirred into yummy Spaghetti sauce. It will simmer in the Thia curry. It will decorate fresh, green, salads. Some of it will be made into delicious Pesto. High Wind

There are 50 miles per hour  high winds today. I should probably tie a rope around the Poodle to keep him from blowing away when he goes out . Or—-I could fly him like a kite!

Games

I planted Oregano, Thyme, and Italian Parsley under the grow lights. My garden seeds are spread out all over the kitchen table. Planting  seeds is great therapy for Minnesota winters. Let the games begin!!!
