Lunch

Eating a green  salad grown from under my grow lights in the basement is a beautiful thing. Gourmet lettuces, Red Russian Kale, Blue Curly Kale, Bright Lights Swiss chard, Garlic Chives, Italian Parsley, Thyme, Oregano, and Basil are chopped and heaped on a dinner plate.  The green things are topped with several  hard boiled eggs from my chickens and a home made dressings. I call this lunch!
