How to fix Kale
Steam one bunch of chopped Kale, for about 12 minutes. Meanwhile, saute 3 cloves of chopped garlic in two tablespoons of coconut oil. Add 2 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar and stir. Add 1teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Toss the garlic mixture on top of the Kale after it is done steaming. (you can also saute a cup of mushrooms with the garlic mix)
This is my favorite way to fix “green things”. I prepare Collard greens, Swiss chard, and Spinach the same way. We grow all these beautiful veggies in our main garden. They are so good and good for you. Enjoy!
