Working chickens

All the ripe tomatoes are picked and there are a lot of green ones on the ground. Now to turn the chickens loose. We have working chickens on our farm. They do more that just lay eggs. Our chickens will eat green tomatoes, the tomato vines, and fertilize the garden for next year. Life is good!
