I Don’t Understand
I don’t understand why billions of dollars in aid, sent to Haiti two years ago, is still unused.В I don’t get it why folks are still living in tents.В The Red Cross has built over 100,000 homes, but this is a small drop in a very large bucket. I would like to know what is preventing the aid getting to the people who will do something! The aid was given to help, not sit there.
My solutions to both of these problems are as follows:
1.Send some “occupy people” to Haiti with hammers, nails, and garden seeds. The rule would be “No work, no eat”!
2.Pray for the people in Haiti.В Let God handle it. He gets things done!

And 3. Send your money to people you trust. People who won’t game the system for personal gain, but who are getting things done. People like my friends Brad & Vanessa Johnson (both Huntington University grads) at Mission of Hope.
