Planting

I am planting  seeds today. The grow lights are up in the basement and Bob fixed up the grow light in the kitchen. Now, I can get serious about planting more seeds. It is a good thing, especially in winter, to have something to do that you really love.

Goodie

The oregano and  the thyme seeds have germinated. You have no idea how happy this makes me. It was seventeen below zero on the back porch this morning. The baby plants bring me HOPE that this frozen winter will eventually be overcome by Spring.

Games

I planted Oregano, Thyme, and Italian Parsley under the grow lights. My garden seeds are spread out all over the kitchen table. Planting  seeds is great therapy for Minnesota winters. Let the games begin!!!

Grape Harvest Complete

Herb Harvest Today

Today I am harvesting the rest of my herbs. They have come full circle. Sage, Basil, Oregano, Parsley, Thyme will be cut, tied in big bunches and hung in the kitchen.
