Pumpkin Pies
Today is the official “pumpkin pie day”. I will be bringing in the pumpkins from the cart, baking the pies, freezing the pies, and enjoying the pumpkin harvest. Apples
Yesterday, it was grape juice. Today, it is applesauce. Our apple trees got pruned this year. (Bob and the chain saw). We didn’t have one apple. However, my nice neighbor had a bumper crop and gave me apples. Today, I will be making apple sauce and apple cobbler. It is all good!

Canning Jars
It took all morning, but the canning jars are all washed and cleaned. The shelves in the pantry have been organized and are ready for this year’s batch of canned goods. It feels good to have it done. Let the games begin!!
