Strawberry

Green Things and an Egg
Baby green things, (kale, mustard greens, Swiss chard, gourmet greens) grown under grow lights with an avocado and a chopped up hard boiled egg makes a great lunch. It works for me!

Egg Salad
I had forgotten how good an old fashioned Egg Salad sandwich can be. Hard boil a dozen eggs, add a can of tuna and chopped up dill pickles, celery, and onions. How to fix Kale
Steam one bunch of chopped Kale, for about 12 minutes. Meanwhile, saute 3 cloves of chopped garlic in two tablespoons of coconut oil. Add 2 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar and stir.
