The Kitten

Bob captured a wild kitten in the barn and gave it to me for taming. Currently, the kitten is living with the rabbits in the hutch. He has learned to sit on my lap and drink milk from a saucer.  I named him ‘Fuzzy”.

Back up Plan

. The high winds and fierce weather messed up some tomato plants. No big deal. I always save extra plants to replace any damage. Believe it is always good to have plan “B”.

Rhubarb Crisp

Progress

All the square foot garden boxes are filled and planted. Progress is happening on the main garden too.  All the broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and cucumber plants are in. I will need to move all the rest of the plants out of the green house in the next few days. It is warming up.  All the […]

Sad

Last night, we attended a graduation ceremony at a local college.  When the National Anthem was played, there was not one person that I could see who had their hand over their heart.  This is a dishonor and shows disrespect for our country.  I wanted to scream at them.

My Sons

I like it when my sons call me up on holidays–Mother’s day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, my birthday and such. However, I really LOVE it when they call me up just to visit and to share their lives with me.
