Planting onions, potatoes, and  green things. Perennial herbs and flowers will go in today. Puppies, plants, and chicks are all out of the basement. The basement smells a whole lot better!

Tomato Seeds

Heirloom tomato seeds have kept me busy all morning. Brandy-wine, Amish paste, and Roma’s are all in potting soil and under the grow lights in the basement. I am planting more seed than last year. Milk and Honey Farm garden 2013 has begun.  The kitchen counters are stacked with trays holding wet potting soil.
